Work Schedule: Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time). This role involves collaborating with lead generation partners, optimizing lead generation, supporting business development, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, improving RFP processes, providing reporting, leveraging CRM tools, and enhancing email marketing efforts. KPIs:
- Increased number of leads
- Prior to the intro / qualification call
- Increased number of opportunities
- An opportunity is when we have had an intro call with a prospect and qualified them as a fit to continue the sales process.
- Optimized tracking and analysis of key metrics (i.e. cost intro call, cost per closed client), and reporting system
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our lead generation partners to align on the overall growth marketing and/or demand generation strategy to bring in qualified leads and increased overall close rate.
- Create a system for testing and evaluating the success of our lead generation partners and build out additional reliable and predictable lead generation channels and testing out new partners to provide a steady stream of leads.
- Support our business development director through creating a streamlined process that will help maintain and nurture lead referral partnerships.
- Oversee in-house growth and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including but not limited to: LinkedIn ads, Google and Meta ads, SEO, email marketing, by providing strategic guidance and strategy proposals, executing them, and measuring success rate in generating leads.
- Conduct marketing attribution analysis that will help connect marketing efforts to our ROI and CLV.
- Research and vet request for proposals (RFPs) channels to test and optimize our process in applying for RFPs to help increase customer acquisition.
- Provide regular (weekly, biweekly, monthly) CRM performance metrics and conversion status reporting to sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Utilize HubSpot and CRM tools to determine the best way to follow up with potential clients that will drive conversion, and take advantage of these tools to enhance marketing automation reach and impact.
- Maximize our existing email database to launch effective email marketing campaigns that will improve our intro call rates.
